Renters will AGREE to the following terms when booking a watercraft with Lakeside Boat Rental:

• Operate the boat/jet ski in DAYLIGHT hours only, unless approved otherwise.
• Dock, anchor, or secure the boat/jet ski and equipment to prevent damage to watercraft, motor, equipment and/or dock,  boats, and persons as result of existing or changing  weather conditions.
• Adhere to any and all Federal, Provincial and Local Law Ordinances.
• Only designated drivers over the age of 21 will sign responsibility for the watercraft.
• Check boat/jet ski out at 10am and in at 6pm (unless a prior agreement has been made with Lakeside Boat Rental).  Late fees will be assessed at the rate of $25 for every 15 minutes late checking the watercraft back in.  If after one hour, $150 of security deposit will be held.
• Strictly enforce boat/jet ski safety and capacity limits.
• Boat will be released to renter(s) only after safety protocols have been explained.
• The rental cost of the boat DOES NOT INCLUDE gas or oil consumed.
• Return the boat, motor and equipment in good condition as when it was checked out. Renter is fully responsible for all damages and/or losses to the boat, motor and equipment.
• To hold the owner and rental agent of the boat/jet ski, motor and  equipment harmless and free of liability for any damages occurring to renter, passengers, or other persons or property for any causes arising from the operation and control of the watercraft, motor and equipment.
• No open flames or use of grill on the boat.
